Carlos Soto-Colombia
I was born in Buga Valle Colombia. I have been interested in art since I saw the art of impressionist painters such as Paul Cezanne, Monet, and Renoir at an early age.
While in my native land, I took some art classes to further my art appreciation. I moved to Tampa in 1981 and started sharpening my oil painting skills under the direction of the Colombian artist Yolanda Suarez in the late nineties.
